Ginger Molasses Protein Oats Cookie
These Warm spices and aroma in the morning will make your senses and tummy very happy and a great way to fuel the beginning of your day.
Ingredients:
Add to your bowl:
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 2/3 cups water (try nut or oat milk for a creamer version)
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- .25 tsp ground ginger
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Microwave for approximately 1 minute 20 seconds (check at 1 min as microwaves vary)
- Stir in 1 scoop of @dymatize gourmet vanilla ISO100
- 1 tablespoon golden monk fruit (natural brown sugar alternative)
- 1/4 tablespoon organic molasses
- Top with pecans 15g
