If you don't know who Larry Wheels is just yet, don't worry, there's still time to jump on the band wagon. Larry is WRPF powerlifting world record holder in both the 242 lb. raw class and the 275 lb. class, with winning totals of 2,171 lbs. and 2,275 lbs. He beat Stan Efferding's 272 lb. class record by 49 pounds! And lucky for Maximum Human Performance (MHP), he was a free agent looking for the right 'team' to sign with.

Mark Post, head of MHP, had the following to say about signing the big man to #TeamMHP:

"So proud to welcome Larry Wheels to #teammhp. Larry brings a great physique and amazing strength to the MHP team. And you can get a chance to meet him at the Arnold Classic this year. Talk to him about powerlifting or bodybuilding, Larry is very knowledgable about both, and a really nice guy."

It's a beautiful thing when companies and athletes are genuinely aligned in terms of what each represent. MHP is all about strength and hardcore performance, as they also have IFBB Classic Physique champ Chris Bumstead and Marc Megna, the former NFL player and foremost strength and conditioning coach in Miami.

In the words of Larry Wheels himself:

"The tradition continues! It’s an honor to share with you that I am now a member of team MHP. A legendary company that is such a trusted brand and has supported amazing world class strongmen and powerlifting athletes for decades such as Brian Shaw, Zydrunus Savickas, Phil Pfister, Joe Mazza , Gene Rychlak, Jeremy Hoornstra and Shawn Frankl. To join this group of the numerous world records that MHP athletes hold is such an honor. And as I step on stage for my first Bodybuilding competition it’s great to have Team MHP on my side. #teammhp#mhpstrong #maxperformance#powerlifting #bodybuilding"
