IFBB Fitness Pro Kelly Ryan has spent the last 9 years in prison, after serving two consecutive terms of 3-13 years.

In the video below, Dave Palumbo from RxMuscle responds the former fitness icron being released on parole after serving out her sentence at a Las Vegas area prison. 9 years ago in 2008, she (along with her husband Craig Titus) plead guilty to charges in connection with the death of Melissa James, whose body was found burnt inside of a Jaguar (belonging to Ryan) in 2005. The couple went into hiding together, and were arrested along with suspected accomplice, Anthony Gross, after a nine-day investigation.

According to Dave and other sources, James allegedly had a sexual relationship with Titus and lived with Titus and Ryan. On May 31, 2008, rather than going through a trial, Ryan and Titus pleaded guilty to reduced charges. Ryan plead guilty to one count of arson, entering an Alford plea to one count of battery with a deadly weapon resulting in significant bodily harm. She was sentenced to two consecutive terms of 3–13 years in prison. On December 23, 2011, the Nevada Parole Board granted Ryan parole on the assault charges. She remained incarcerated to begin serving time for the arson charge.[citation needed] On September 2, 2014, Ryan was denied parole on the second charge, but they said she was eligible again in Oct 2017. Which brings us to today...

We can only assume where she'll take her career and personal life once she's out. Stay tuned for more news as it comes...
