Recipe Makes 6 Mini Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1\8 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 scoop + 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 egg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Roll into small balls and press into cookie shape. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes.
