Peanut Butter Cookie Nutella Sandwich

Protein Peanut Butter Nutella Cookie Sandwich Cups!

PB cookies: Makes 6 mini cookies


1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1\8 cup Coconut Sugar
1 scoop + 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
1 egg

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Roll into small balls and press into cookie shape. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes.
