Beauty-Building Through Bodybuilding By John Robert Cardillo

When people think of the term “bodybuilding,” the first image and association that comes to mind is usually that of a muscular male physique. Therefore, many of those individuals may think that my hi-intensity HIT3 Training Program is only geared towards men because of my affiliation with bodybuilding. In reality, I’ve trained more women than men over the course of my career, and I call the program Beauty-Building through Bodybuilding.

Through my experience in training of women, I’ve come to the conclusion that regardless of genetics, it’s possible for every female to look fit, strong, healthy, beautiful, and sexy. How? The process of “beauty-building” involves accentuating a woman’s natural aesthetics by increasing lean muscle development while reducing overall body fat.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve helped hundreds of women get in great shape and achieve the bodies of their dreams. I look at my job as that of a beauty-building physique designer. My female clients have ranged in age, backgrounds, starting points shapes and sizes. There’s one thing I have learned over the years and know to be true: Regardless of the shape a woman finds herself to be in, she can change the way she looks for the better with a proper program like my HIT3 Beauty-Building workout program.

Simply wishing or wanting it won’t be enough. Here’s what you need to do in order to become the best you can aesthetically be:

Get Started on a Program

It isn’t enough to simply go to the gym and use every machine in sight. There needs to be an organized and structured plan of attack. This is why women I work with see such great results with my HIT3 Beauty-Building workout program. Many individuals do not realize that a woman’s anatomy is similar to that of a man’s! The same HIT3 hi-intensity workout principles apply equally to both men and women. Lean muscle can only be increased by performing the right exercises with the highest intensity. I train women exactly the same as men which consists of three workouts per week and 45 minutes per workout. My program will change and improve your body from week to week. In 30 weeks her weight went from 165 to 125 pounds with body fat reducing from 32% to 12%.

Many people have a belief that if you work out hard, you can eat whatever you want. This couldn’t be further from the truth. When a woman trains hard, the food that she eats is even more important. The nutrients are what helps you to recover from each workout. Eating high-quality food is also vital in helping you gain lean muscle and lose body fat. Therefore, having a structured diet and following it to a tee makes a huge difference. Simply put, you won’t be successful without a healthy diet. My Shredded Nutrition Diet Program allows a woman to lose two pounds of body fat per week while at the same time developing lean muscle. The transformation it produces is spectacular. The diet is easy to follow because it’s a lifestyle eating program and not a crash diet program unreasonable expectations.
