Banana Loaf Protein Waffle
Breakfast will never be the same again!
INGREDIENTS
- 50 g oat flour (blend your oats into powder)
- 100 g banana, mashed
- 1/4 tsp maple extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 scoop vanilla casein protein
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Cool Whip Lite
DIRECTIONS
- Add your oats to the blender and mix until it has the consistency of flour.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
- Add a scoop of Cool Whip Lite to the centre, if you desire.
