Muscle Insider Covering Boston Pro Show 2022

Last weekend we covered the Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio. Now we’re heading to Boston to cover the 2022 Boston IFBB Pro Show on Saturday, March 12. Mutant will be sponsoring our coverage of 14 pro shows this year including the Boston Pro. Visit muscleinsider.com for contest coverage and YouTube.com/MuscleInsider for athlete interviews. This show is so full of excitement, it’s way more than just your average pro show. Known as “the Voice of Bodybuilding”, Bob Cicherillo, will host the show. The Boston Pro Bodybuilding Contest will feature IFBB Pro League: Men’s Bodybuilding, Classic Men’s Physique, Men’s Physique, Women’s Fitness, Figure, Bikini, and Wellness. And of course, this is an official Mr. Olympia qualifying event.

If you didn’t get enough of them this past weekend, many of the pros from the Arnold will be back to do battle including William Bonac (2nd), Steve Kuclo (3rd), Justin Rodriguez (5th), Regan Grimes (7th), and Maxx Charles (8th), in IFBB Men’s Bodybuilding.

And it’s not just the bodybuilders that the Boston Pro has attracted the big names. In the IFBB Women’s Fitness division, we’ll have the pleasure of seeing 3 of the top 5 from last weekend’s Fitness International competitors with Missy Truscott (2nd), Jaclyn Baker (3rd), and Tamara Vahn (5th). We’ve got our eyes on Missy to take home the Boston Pro title this weekend, as she did beat out the other ladies just a few days ago.

As for Bikini International, many were surprised to see the stunning physique Maureen Blanquisco brought to the stage, earning her a 2nd place finish. Even though she is once again going up against the previous Bikini Olympia Champion Elisa Pecini this weekend at the Boston Pro, one must think Maureen still has the edge, as Elisa finished in 4th place last weekend.

IFBB Pro Wellness division has become a very exciting new category to watch. The Boston Pro Show will have you on the edge of your seat watching these ladies bring their best to the stage as well. Look for some of the superstars of Wellness on stage this weekend, also with 3 of the top 5 from last weekend's Arnolds, with Angela Borges (2nd), Julia Chitarra (4th), and Yarishna Ayala Ortero (5th).

And if all of this isn’t enough for you, there will also be an opportunity for you to meet and greet: Jay Cutler (4x Mr. Olympia), Ronnie Coleman (8x Mr. Olympia), Phil Heath (7× Mr. Olympia), Flex Wheeler (4x Arnold Classic Winner), and Dexter Jackson (9x Arnold Classic Champ and Mr. Olympia). Plus there will be many other big names to see, like Tito Ortiz, Andre Ferguson, Brandon Curry, Ryan Terry, Steve Weinberger, and some huge social media personalities, that you won't want to miss!
