Fat Burning Supplement Stack
Q. I read your article last issue about stacking for mass—great info! But what I really want to know is what supplement stack are you using right now, aside from greens, fish oil, and fiber?
A. Thanks! I’m glad you liked the article! Right now I’m in a fat-burning phase, so I start my day with one capsule of RIPPED FREAK® and 750 to 1,500 milligrams of l-carnitine, (first thing in the morning, before my workout). Then in the early afternoon and also in the evening, I take 200 milligrams of raspberry ketone, 350 milligrams of green coffee bean, and another 750 milligrams of l-carnitine. Sometimes I will throw some 600 to 1,200 milligrams of dendrobium into this stack if I need a little pick-me-up in the afternoon, and sometimes before bed, I will use my GH FREAK™ product, especially if I have a hard time falling asleep. Just don’t forget that everything starts with a solid nutritional base, as I explained in my stacking article.
