Crunch on this flavourful granola that’s super easy to make, and even easier to eat! Oil-free, naturally sweetened and jam-packed with flavour, it can be enjoyed as a snack, topped onto yogurt or eaten as cereal.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup raisins & cranberries
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅔ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup 100% pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven at 300F.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spread onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 min (halfway through - stir granola, bake for another 15 mins).
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
