D-Aspartic Acid vs. Tribulus vs. ZMA for Increasing Testosterone

What is  your opinion on D-Aspartic Acid as a test booster versus Tribulus or ZMA?

First off, I have to say that I really like both tribulus and ZMA as test-boosting ingredients. In fact, both tribulus and ZMA can be found in my very own test booster product, TEST FREAK. But I wouldn’t use tribulus and ZMA on their own. They work best when stacked with other more clinicallyproven test-boosting ingredients, which brings us to D-aspartic acid, or DAA for short. DAA is a very hot supplement right now because of the positive results of a recently published study in the Journal Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology. The study in question examined the effects of DAA supplementation on testosterone secretion in healthy young men.

In the study, subjects were given a daily dose of 3,120 mg of DAA for 12 days, whereas the control group was given a placebo. After 12 days, the subjects supplementing with DAA experienced, on average, a 42% increase in testosterone release and a 33% increase in luteinizing hormone release! Those are good results, and the thing that makes them even more impressive is the fact that the study design was near perfect. The trial was double-blind and placebo-controlled. On top of that, the subjects were actually normal healthy men and not old sick patients with disease, which makes the results applicable to athletes and bodybuilders like you and me!

The outcome of this DAA study was so positive that I even decided to release a DAA-based test booster of my own to the market, ANABOLIC FREAK. I actually just got back from Europe while promoting the release of ANABOLIC FREAK and the feedback was great! DAA is a really hot ingredient in Europe right now because in many countries tribulus and TESTOFEN are banned or considered prescription meds! Can you believe that? Anyhow, DAA is legal is most European countries so the bodybuilders have been eating this stuff up like hot cakes! Simply based on the solid research behind DAA, I recommend it’s worth a try for anyone looking to naturally boost test levels.
