QUESTION: If you could only do one exercise for each of the following muscle groups, what would it be?
ANSWER:
Chest - Incline Smith Machine Press. I thought about a flye exercise, but I don’t think this type of exercise will allow for enough weight to truly put on the mass needed.
Shoulders - Seated Smith Machine Press
Back – Bent Over Rows
Biceps - Standing Alternate Dumbbell Curls
Triceps - Close Grip Bench
Quads - Hack Squat
Hamstrings - Glute/Ham Leg Raise
Abs - Crunches
Calves - Standing Calve Raise
