Hide Yamagishi 6 weeks out from the Olympia

Muscle Beach TV with DaveMadMax does it again! We catch up with one of the IFBB's biggest stars, Hide Yamagishi. Hidetada is gunning for the 2015 Olympia 212 division, and with only 6 weeks to go before the showdown in Vegas, he's firing on all cylinders. Everything is on track, as he's cut down on his traveling and appearances in order to focus on training and diet.
