In this episode, Dave Mad Max catches up with WWE Superstar Chris Matthews and Justin Lovato. He follows the guys through a BRUTAL arm workout! They start with overhand V-bar pushdowns, where Justin empahsizes form and keeping tension on the muscle. Then we move on to machine preacher curls, followed by reverse hammer grip pressdowns (a unique variation Justin came up with). Moving on to high pulley cable curls (Chris' favorite), then seated overhead cable tricep extension - an awesome machine that not every gym have, but every gym SHOULD have, and finishing the workout with wrist curls. After the workout, Dave asks Chris and Justin how they got into the sport, and what the future has in store for them.
