Supplement Source Carnitine Preview

This 120-capsule bottle provides 750 mg of L-Carnitine Tartrate per 1-capsule serving. This is one of the most bio-available forms of carnitine and better bio-availability means better utilization by the body. L-Carnitine has been found to help transport long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria for energy. It can also help the body to use circulating fat as energy rather than be stored.
