Rule 1 Charged Creatine Preview

Rule 1 has now released what they’re calling “Charged Creatine”.   The formula combines 5 grams of creatine (from a blend of Creatine Monohydrate, Dicreatine Malate and Creatine Magnesium Chelate) with tea leaf, green coffee, guarana, and yerba mate extracts to help energize your training with roughly 120 mg of caffeine. Each serving also includes a 500 mg electrolyte blend to support hydration and replenish valuable minerals lost through sweat. Flavours released are Snow Cone, Blue Razz Lemonade and Sour Candy.
