After an inspection by the Texas Department of State Health Services, Purus Labs has recalled their MyoWhey Chocolate Cookie Crunch. The reason for the recall is the product contained undeclared milk and soy. This effects products with lot number PL: 0100518 Exp: 04/2020. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk and soy run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. MyoWhey was distributed through online mail orders to AR, TX, FL, MI, VA, OK and was available through retail stores in TX, CA, OK, CO, and MO. MyoWhey was also available internationally in Chile and UAE. MyoWhey Chocolate Cookie Crunch is sold in a white plastic container with a net weight of 5 pounds or 2.26 kg.
