Optimum Nutrition Collagen

It looks like Optimum Nutrition is getting into the collagen protein game. A photo surfaced from Optimum that showed a new “Collagen + Hyaluronic Acid” product in a group photo. Each serving will deliver 20 grams of protein, is naturally flavoured and comes in a 1.42 lb. container.  The first flavour they’ve shown is Strawberry Orange but if we know Optimum Nutrition, there’s likely more flavours to come.  

Non-Dairy Protein

This is an interesting move outside of the traditional dairy proteins that we’re used to seeing from Optimum Nutrition who’s parent company (Glanbia) is one of the largest dairy companies in the world. Several years ago, they launched “Gold Standard 100% Plant” which was also outside of the traditional dairy protein space. No word on when or if the new “Collagen + Hyaluronic Acid” product is coming to Canada, but we’ll keep you posted here at muscleinsider.com.
