MUTANT Flex Food MRP More Details

Following the Arnold Sports Festival Expo, we shared news about the new MUTANT Flex Food Meal Replacement Product (MRP). If you’re looking for a truly comprehensive meal replacement, MUTANT Flex Food features 46 different whole food ingredients, providing 25 grams of protein per serving. This protein comes from numerous sources including micellar casein, whey concentrate, isolate, hydrolysate, pea protein, and pumpkin seed protein. Each serving also delivers 12 grams of carbohydrates, coming from tapioca, pea starch, sweet potato, and quinoa. Healthy sources of fat from flaxseed, avocado powder, and coconut sourced MCTs account for 3 grams of fat per serving. This provides a total of 170 calories per serving.

More information on this soon-to-be-released product has emerged. We did see a glimpse of this MUTANT Flex Food MRP in a mock-up bag on display at the Mutant booth at this year’s Arnold Classic. This is where we learned that a 2-pound bag will launch initially, but it looks like they will also be releasing a 6-pack box which will exist on its own as a convenient grab & go launch. These will be packed with individual “packs” inside, each with a complete meal in each pack. The 6-pack box is perfect to fit in a regular gym bag! Of course, these individual packs are great to take with you anywhere making missing a lean muscle meal a thing of the past. The Mutant team likes to think of this as “FAST FOOD – with ATTITUDE!”

Late April is when MUTANT Flex Food is scheduled to launch in the 2-pound bag, which will be available in vanilla and chocolate flavors. We managed to get our hands on a mock-up of the 6-pack box that will launch at a later date. If there is one thing we've come to know about the brand, it’s that MUTANT usually goes big with protein and gainers, so we wouldn’t be surprised to see larger sizes added later.
