Jacked Factory Launch VITA-XT Multivitamin for Women

Jacked Factory has just released a multivitamin designed for women. Each bottle contains 60 veggie capsules which delivers 30 servings in total with each serving being 2 capsules. The price of $24.99 which works out to about 83 cents per day if you take one serving daily. Overall it’s a potent formula with high doses of all the major vitamins a women needs. If they was only one strike against it, we’d add that the mineral content could be higher.Even though this is a “vitamin” supplement, many people assume they’re also getting all the minerals they need each day when they buy a standard one-a-day multivitamin. But perhaps Jacked Factory is also coming out with a women’s mineral formula? We don’t know. On the mineral side, the calcium dose they list is 9 mg which they label as 1% of the Daily Value. According to the National Osteoporosis Association, women under 50 need 1000 mg per day. Calcium is important for both health but there is also scientific support for its involvement in weight loss. Another key mineral for active women that we would have liked to see included is Zinc. According to Harvard University, women need 8 mg of zinc each day to form many enzymes and proteins in the body and create new cells. Zinc also frees vitamin A from storage in the liver and is needed for immune system, taste, smell, and wound healing. Again, VITA-XT is a very potent vitamin supplement and isn’t advertised as also being a complete mineral supplement so don’t take this as a slam against the product in any way.
