Each 30-gram scoop of Iron Kingdom Plant Protein delivers 20 grams of protein, coming from five sources of plant-based protein, which consists of Pea Protein, Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein, Organic Brown Rice Protein, Sunflower Seed Protein, and Quinoa Protein, as well as four grams of BCAAs. Iron Kingdom Plant Protein also contains 3.5 grams of fat, and five grams of carbohydrates per serving. With one gram of fiber and only one gram of sugar, this protein is sure to fit almost anyone’s nutritional demands.
