Earlier this past summer, we previewed the new DSL Supplements BCAA 3:1:1 Lime and Cucumber flavour. The team has been busy, as we see they have just released the new DSL Supplements BCAA 3:1:1 Mango Splash flavour. We look forward to having the chance to taste this new flavour, but with the success of their other flavours, we’re sure this new Mango Splash flavour will be great.
This DSL Supplements BCAA 3:1:1 Mango Splash has the same formulation as the other flavours, in which every eight-gram scoop provides you with three grams of leucine, one gram of isoleucine, and one gram of valine. Available in a 240-gram bottle, which gives you 30 servings.
It is well known that consuming BCAAs have proven to be beneficial in reducing exercise fatigue, prevent muscle wasting and improving protein synthesis. While research has shown increase in protein synthesis from consuming an isolate protein shake after resistance exercise, another study has shown that those consuming an isolate protein shake with the addition of leucine, can see more than double the increased protein synthesis.
