Bodylogix Native Whey Isolate Preview
Over the past months, we have had the pleasure of sampling and reviewing some of the new products from Bodylogix, such as their great tasting Bodylogix Vegan Protein, and a truly convenient meal replacement with Bodylogix Natural MRP. Both of which have excellent formulations, as well as great flavours, and some of the best ingredients we have found in a meal replacement.
The latest product launch from the team, is the brand-new Bodylogix Native Whey Isolate, which sources the whey protein from PRONATIV®, that is produced by Lactalis American Group, Inc. Based on the knowledge there are a large number of protein powders available on the market that are processed with the use of additives, the focus of the people at PRONATIV® is to source their protein isolate only from cold-filtered farm-fresh milk. There have been clinical studies to show the increased benefit on muscle recovery, protein synthesis and overall muscle performance, through the use of native whey.
There are a number of companies that have included native whey in their formulas including VPX, Performix, Rivalus Native Pro 100 and BodyLogix’s sister company Kaizen Platinum.
Each serving of Bodylogix Native Whey Isolate provides 25 grams of protein, with only two grams of carbohydrates, only one gram coming from sugar, and no fat, for a total of 110 calories. In addition, Native Whey Isolate also provides 5.7 grams of naturally occurring BCAAs in a peptide form, which is very beneficial for absorption within the body, as well as the 2.9 grams of leucine.
Bodylogix Native Whey Isolate is available in Vanilla Bean or Decadent Chocolate flavours, in a 22 serving size bottle. In addition, there are no artificial colours, flavours, or sweeteners and it is both gluten-free and peanut-free.
