ANS Keto Wow Snack Bar Coming

Yesterday we dropped news that EFX Sports was getting into the protein bar game with their Karbolyn Energy Bar and today we announce that ANS Performance is doing the same. ANS has a new bar called Keto WOW Snack Bar (that’s more than a mouthful to say!).  The bar is very small at just 40 grams but contains 180 calories and packs 8 grams of protein making this 20% protein by weight. It also contains 14 grams of carbs with 10 grams of fiber and 14 grams of fat. Of the 14 grams of carbohydrates, they have 10 grams of fiber and just 1 grams of sugar.
