Each 15g vial of Cellucor C4 Shot Rocks gives you the same C4 formula you have come to know and love: 2g of CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, 1g of L-citrulline, 200mg of L-tyrosine, 10mg of toothed clubmoss and 200mg of caffeine. There are 50 total calories per serving, with 1g of fat and 9g of carbohydrates (8g of which are from sugar).
