Jill Rudison is one IFBB Pro Bad MamaJama! In this video, Dave captures her going ALL OUT in a delta and shoulder workout with her trainer Justin "Quad God" Lovato! She starts with a plate-loaded machine overhead press, then Justin takes us to the free weight section where they hit lateral raises using JUSTIN'S bodyweight as the resistance. Then we get to the machine overhead press where Jill smashes some high rep sets supersetted with upright rows. After shoulders, we transition to arms where Jill does machine preacher curls and overhand tricep pushdown. We then sit down to an interview where they discuss Jill's offseason this past season, and what the prep was like as a result of letting her bodyweight get so high.
