Ronnie Coleman Takes Stance On Todays Competitors

In a recent interview with Patrick Bet-David, 8x Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman, stated that (outside of Phil Heath) today’s Olympia competitors wouldn’t make the top 5 in his era of the 90’s going into the 2000’s. This included the current Mr. Olympia Brandon Curry who wouldn’t finish in the top 6! This was in agreement with a statement made by 6x Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates a few weeks prior. The current line up would never beat any of the guys they faced in the 90’s.
The main reason being conditioning which, according to Ronnie, is a result of competitors just not pushing themselves to the next level. You’re only as good as your competition.
