LOCATION: QUEBEC AND MARITIMES

Job Overview

As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of all Nutrabolt products in the provinces of Quebec and the Maritimes. You will work a schedule with frequent travel to your assigned territory to include eastern Ontario that will include local and overnight travel.

Day in the Life Of:

 You will make daily sales calls to current account base

 You will research and prospect new accounts & business opportunities

 You will continually increase distribution amongst retail accounts

 You will conduct ongoing customer training sessions

 You will create sales incentives for retail staff

 You will build and manage a team of brand ambassadors

 You will create and execute marketing/promotions with customers

 You will team up with key accounts at grass roots experiential events

 You will prepare monthly market reports

 You will manage territory budget

 You will manage social media for territory and key accounts

 You will actively manage your designated accounts to include processing and submitting orders

 You will work directly with inside sales support to support and service the territory

Our Ideal Candidate:

Has experience selling to and/or managing business for a territory

Industry experience and/or knowledge is an asset

Is able to write and speak fluently in French and English

Has excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate to large audiences.

Has solid critical thinking skills and analytical abilities.

Has strong proficiency in Excel.

Possesses a high level of initiative, flexibility, attention to deadlines, and overall organization.

Has their own vehicle, is willing to travel and able to work nights and weekends

Has the proven ability to influence and partner with business leaders, as well as demonstrated ability to successfully work as a team member and build and maintain a positive work environment with all levels of the organization.

Has demonstrated ability to multi-task and effectively meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Has ability to organize and prioritize projects, and efficiently carry out assigned workloads.
