A Night With IFBB Pros Terrence And Julia

This event is an evening with IFBB Pros Terrence Ruffin aka "RUFF DIESEL" and Canadian sensation bikini competitor Julia Marie along with Amer Kamra of HAMMER FITNESS who will be emceeing the event.  

It will be an interactive evening where these three will talk about their experiences in the industry from coaching to being a professional competitor. They will also be giving posing demos which will be followed by Terrence performing a posing routine.  From there the audience will be able to ask any questions regarding training, dieting, competing, coaching and pretty much anything regarding the fitness industry.  This will all be followed by a meet and greet mingle session that will include a live DJ and food with Terrence and Julia taking pics and signing autographs with and for guests.
