Muscle Insider has a reputation for having only the most qualified and like-minded individuals on their team, and the latest addition to the already stacked lineup of writers is no exception. Frank Hoffmann brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the table and is sure to hit the ground running as he begins the next chapter of his freelance writing career.

As a former personal trainer, NCAA football player and a member of the 2004 Grey Cup Champions, Toronto Argonauts, Frank’s been an athlete his entire life. When his athletic career came to an abrupt end in 2006, Frank began working with supplement giants, MuscleTech and Six Star Muscle, as a copywriter and marketing specialist. Having written hundreds of ads, training articles, supplement reviews and attending multiple Mr. Olympia’s and Arnold Classic’s, Hoffmann knows the ins-and-outs of the supplement industry and the sport of bodybuilding in general. His work has appeared in all of the major bodybuilding and fitness publications, websites and other media outlets.

Frank’s writing and marketing talents landed him lucrative marketing roles in the Caribbean and Europe where he worked in the banking and property development sectors for four years. Currently, Hoffmann is living in his hometown of Toronto and works as a freelance health & fitness writer while holding down a regular nine-to-five job. Most recently, Frank was under contract with MuscleMag International where he added more than 40 published articles to his credit. When Frank was asked, how he feels about joining the Muscle Insider team, this is what he had to say: “I feel blessed to join Canada’s #1 muscle-building magazine and I’m looking forward to sharing my passion for health & fitness with its loyal readers”.

Frank’s motto is 'Having a full-time job doesn’t mean sacrificing your fitness goals’ and he lives by those words everyday! You can check out his new blog at Nine2Fit.com and follow him on Twitter @Nine2Fit.
