MUSCLE INSIDER’s Mindy Harley Takes 3rd in Bikini Masters Nationals

MUSCLE INSIDER social media manager, Mindy Harley, took 3rd place on July 18 at the 2018 Masters Nationals Bikini Division in Pittsburgh. Her bid to earn an IFBB pro card came up just short, but the entire MI staff is incredibly proud of her efforts. 

     You’re probably familiar with Mindy’s tweets and Facebook and Instagram posts for MUSCLE INSIDER, but you probably didn’t know that the woman behind them is also an accomplished fitness author, model, and host of the podcast Becoming Unf*@kwithable.

     Mindy was reared in a small town in Manitoba and now resides in Omaha, Nebraska, with her husband, Sean, an accomplished IFBB pro competitor and owner of Rock Solid Nutrition.
