Magnum® Nutraceuticals is looking to hire an Advertising Manager to work at their head office in Surrey, British Columbia. If you love fitness and using cutting-edge supplements, this is a dream job! They commission only cGMP (Certified Good Manufacturing Practices), Site Licensed (Pharmaceutical) Manufacturing Facilities to produce their highly advanced, quality formulas. These facilities are Government audited for quality assurance and label claims. Through this, their clients can be guaranteed that every ingredient used is Pharmaceutical Grade and their formulas will be highly effective. - They will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the Advertising department pre- and post-sales including in the areas of digital advertising, print advertising, trade-show/event advertising and attendance, and residual swag promotions.
- They must also create and maintain advertising budgets, spend reports and metrics for advertising reviews.
- Coordinate the distribution of sales and marketing materials and ensures resources are available to the Sales team.
- Provide support to advertising department personnel.
- Create and implements departmental performance standards.
- Develop processes and procedures to implement functional strategies.
Pay scale:
Depending on experience, $50,000 to $65,000 to start.

Print ad management – scheduling, campaigns, selection of print vehicles to advertise with
Tradeshow and live event coordination, selection, implementation, and advertising
Develop and execute design direction for marketing channels including collateral, presentations, websites, videos, infographics, email campaigns, event materials, and facilities to support various marketing initiatives and reinforce our brand
Plans daily activities and assigns tasks, ensuring all tasks are carried out according to proper policies and procedures and are in accordance with the overall functional strategy
Creates and maintains spend reports including revenue, forecasting, and budget reports
Works closely with President and Vice President as well as Sales Team to understand and track schedules for major initiatives and advertising campaigns
Maintains relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure strategy is being met. Works closely with Sales for revenue optimization
Monitors marketing inventory and recommends strategy for optimum use of available inventory
Creates work performance standards
Implements advertising department operational policies and procedures
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
