Early Wednesday morning just before 5:00am, news of a serious car accident was reported. A driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Another male driver was taken to a Toronto trauma center in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.

As I normally would when I hear terrible news, I stopped what I was doing for a brief moment and thought to myself, “I hope everything is ok” and then I went on with my day. Little did I know at the time, the male driver that was taken to a trauma centre in critical condition is someone I knew. This is someone that would go out of his way to take the time to say hello whenever he would see me at industry events. We would then chat for a bit about how proud he was of his clients for having achieved their best. Some people call him the “Architect”. To some he is known as the “Canadian Pro Creator”. To others he is a National Level Bodybuilder. To his friends and family he is Jason Green. One of Canada’s top Physique Transformation Coaches. Jason runs a successful coaching business called Team Green Physiques which has clients all over the world and has guided many competitors to their pro cards. He can often be seen at physique events across the country supporting his clients and making sure they are at their best. The last time I saw Jason was at the Arnolds this past March. As always, he was there showing support to his clients and helping put the Canadian competitors front and center on the international stage.

Details of the accident are currently unknown, but according to sources, Jason sustained a massive hematoma to his knee and a fractured jaw. We at Muscle Insider are glad to hear that Jason is now listed in stable condition and doing very well on his way to a full recovery.

The Muscle Insider staff wish Jason a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing him better than ever at upcoming events.
