It appears that there are big changes occurring within the bodybuilding industry here in Canada. After today's official announcement posted by Vancouver PRO/AM Show promoter Michelle Krack, it seems that there is a new direction in how our Canadian athletes and those around the world can qualify for the prestigious IFBB Professional card. The IFBB Pro League Qualifiers are the ONLY way to compete on the IFBB Professional Stage, including the OLYMPIA!

As quoted by Michelle Krack, “The IFBB Professional League is no longer associated with the IFBB Amateur League and is NOW OFFERING an opportunity for ANY AMATEUR athlete from ANY ORGANIZATION around the world to compete for a Pro card with the IFBB Professional League without paying membership fees.” This will allow more opportunities for competitors to become part of the IFBB Professional League.

So what does this mean for our athletes here in Canada? Athletes now have more of an opportunity to earn that prestigious IFBB Pro card that has been sought after year after year.

As noted in the official announcement, Vancouver will host one of Canada’s first NEW PRO QUALIFIERS on July 7th along with hosting an IFBB Pro show that weekend. They are one of the first events licensed to promote an International Pro Qualifier with every OVERALL DIVISION winner earning an IFBB Professional League Pro card. There is no pre-qualifier, no residency restrictions and NO organization restrictions for this event. It is open to anyone in Canada and around the world!

Muscle Insider is excited for future announcements on the new IFBB PRO League Qualifying Events within the coming weeks.
