The GNC Ottawa Championships

What are the results of intense training, strict dieting, and the determination to achieve physical perfection? The GNC Ottawa Championships on Nov 2nd, 2013. Sanctioned by the Ontario Physique Association, the GNC Ottawa Championships is the Regional Qualifier for the GNC Ontario Provincials.

This year we have a NEW venue that is the best venue we've seen for an event like this. The Algonquin Commons Theatre will impress athletes and attendees alike. Seating is divided into VIP (floor) seating, main level seating and balcony seating. This show sells out before the show starts every year so don't wait until it's too late and be disappointed. Last year we had to turn away over 100 people.

At our show we do something unique. We have each athlete introduce themselves in a 10 second video we record the previous day. It adds to the entertainment value. Each athlete gets to tell their story to the audience, something about why they are stepping on stage, who they'd like to thank or something funny they want to share.
