The rumors are confirmed! Big Ramy injured his shoulder.

In a recent interview with long-time friend Dennis James, Ramy admits to injuring his shoulder and has been feeling pain for the past 2 months. It's a little unclear if he needs surgery at this point. Either way, he seems very optimistic and in good spirits about the entire situation as he has once again confirmed that he's competing at the Tampa Pro in August. Due to not cracking the top 5 at the 2018 Olympia, the Tampa competition is imperative for him to win if he plans to compete at the 2019 Olympia. Depending on the severity of his injuries, he may be able to work through the pain. This would make his prep tougher than normal, but not impossible to get show ready for the Tampa Pro and subsequently the 2019 Olympia.
