RICHBODY AND 3 TIME MS. FIGURE OLYMPIA NICOLE WILKINS TEAM UP FOR THE FITNESS MINDED.

By: Tina Goinarov

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to talk to and learn from an Olympia competitor? To spend a day, gaining insight and tips on how to stay healthy and fit? Well, you will be able to thanks to OPA Provincial bodybuilder, Richie Keirouz of RichBody.  On Saturday November 16, 2013 at 10:00am, at the St. Clair Centre for the Performing Arts in Windsor Ontario, 3 time Ms. Figure Olympia Nicole Wilkins will be hosting a Training & Nutrition Seminar geared towards everyone from elite athletes to those looking to begin their fitness journey, as well as a Posing Clinic for Figure and Bikini Competitors and a Bootcamp to round out the day.

Those who attend can expect to be motivated like they never have before. Nicole Wilkins is inspirationing, motivating, and her passion for health and fitness shines through when she talks about it. Richie states that "the goal is to give people an understanding of what it takes to be in the best shape of your life regardless of where you are starting. The goal is to also have people be so inspired that they make that decision to change their lives or improve on their current condition as soon as they walk out."

For those of you who are not familiar with RichBody.  Founder, Richie Keirouz, has been involved with the fitness industry for over 20 years, either as an emplotee or manager at various health clubs. For the last 15 years he has been personal training and has helped "countless numbers of average everyday people fulfill their dreams of being healthy and getting into the best shape of their lives." No only does Richie work within the industry, he is also a competitive bodybuilder who won his very first time on stage at a regional event. Since then he has gone on to compete at the Provincial level and qualified for the National Championships.  Richie has also worked with some of the best photographers in the fitness industry (Arthur Kwiatkowski, Jason Breeze) and his images have been published in numerous magazines.

His company, RichBody was created out of his passion for the fitness industry and wanting to motivate people to live extraordinary lives through fitness and nutrition.

With all of that, it was only natural that Richie would meet up and begin to work with a like minded individual such as Nicole Wilkins.  Richie first met Nicole while grocery shopping at a Kroger in Michigan. He states that he "was so star struck by meeting her that I never even thought to exchange contact information with her. I began regretting not doing that and thinking how awesome it would be to put on an event with her."  As fate would have it, Richie ran into Nicole again at Detroit Metro Airport a few months later as she was getting off a plane. Not wanting to miss another opportunity, Richie approached Nicole and asked her if she had a few minutes to chat. She graciously said yes and "that's how this whole event came to be!" According to Keirouz, "this is definitely the beginning of a lot more projects between Nicole and myself."
