Get Shredded at the Ka-BOAM Prep House

Tucked away in an unsuspecting house in Guelph Ontario IFBB Pro Jodi Boam has built something very special. She started an extremely unique concept in contest prep education; she built the KABOAM Prep House. The KABOAM Prep House is a 134 year old home repurposed as a place where liked-minded people gather to elevate his or her understanding of contest prep. It sleeps 6, has a fully customized posing room with rear view mirror and a great homey feel. Jodi hosts OPA Sanctioned weekend camps, day camps and custom training experiences.

During her weekend camps a maximum of 6 people spend 3 days and 2 nights at the Prep House. They go through a 5 rigorous training sessions, posing practice, food prep and work with Jodi to build a customized plan. But it’s not all work, there is also time to lounge or enjoy some therapeutic hot-tub time. What makes her weekend camps so effective is it forces her guests to commit to the experience. It’s a place you don’t have to worry about your dog, families and all your other life obligations, but rather it allows one to be immersed in the acquisition of contest prep knowledge and the results have been phenomenal. It has changed peoples lives.

The intensive OPA sanctioned KABOAM Prep Day Camps are designed slightly different where up to 30 people rotate through different stations consisting of posing, training at EVO GYM and meal prep.  These day camps call on experts like OPA head judge Rudy Jambrosic who lend very valuable insights to make sure you are maximizing you potential in the sport of bodybuilding.

To top this all off, Jodi also takes clients on in a one-on-one capacity.
