Another year, another opportunity to pick who is the best personal trainer in Canada!

Each year, MUSCLE INSIDER teams up with supplement giant BSN to search Canada for its best trainer and award him or her with the auspicious opportunity to represent BSN as its brand ambassador, as well as be featured in the pages of MUSCLE INSIDER magazine with all the prestige of print. Participating trainers will be given $1,000 worth of BSN products and swag, and will be turned loose for six weeks in order to promote BSN products among their clients and showcase their clients’ success on social media. Winners are based on quantity and quality of what they put out there on social media to promote the BSN brand, in addition to how much of a transformation we see in their clients. This isn't just a popularity contest, it's about the impact these trainers are making on the health and fitness industry in Canada, one client at a time.

The challenge is clear: Whoever can build the most hype about their diet, training, and supplement advice would be declared the winner. It's that easy, and the 10 trainers we picked this year are THAT good.

Last year, our winner was Roni Davis. Roni was relentless from start to finish in this contest. In terms of sheer numbers, Roni blew everyone else out of the water. She was on top of all social media platforms, including those that other trainers didn’t think to use—e.g., Bodybuilding.com reviews, Vitacost.com reviews, and Tumblr. She really took advantage of the opportunity to talk about BSN and use the hashtags as often as possible. She was more innovative than any of the other trainers, from her use of supplement retailers’ websites for reviews to her idea to bake the most creative, delicious items using Syntha-6. Roni was the cream of the crop of quality and innovation. She took this contest and ran with it!

This year's crop of trainers are as diverse as they are talented. With a mix of males and females coming from all corners of Canada, and diverse backgrounds and specialities, we have no doubt that this will be the most exciting contest we've promoted, to date!

Start Date: April 18, 2016

End Date: May 30, 2016
