Arnold Sports Festival Introduces Slap Fighting as Event in 2022

Over the last couple of years, slap fighting has become a unique sport that has captured the attention of many people around the world. Opponents stand on opposite ends of the table facing each other, and as you probably guess, they take turns slapping each other in the face as hard as possible until one man can no longer continue.

Slap fighting will be introduced as a new event at the 2022 Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Ohio. The Arnold Slap Fighting Championships will be held on Saturday, March 5 from 2-5 pm Eastern time at the Arnold Expo Main Stage in the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Admission to the event is actually included as a part of that day’s expo tickets.

Seven-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger will be in attendance in the event along with a special guest – YouTube star and boxer Logan Paul. Paul had also recently been announced as a future participant in WWE’s Wrestlemania event that is scheduled to take place in April.

“I consider this one of the most entertaining, fastest growing combat sports,” Paul said in a post that was shared by the Arnold Sports Instagram page. Paul himself is no stranger to combat sports, either. He could be most famous for his exhibition boxing match with legendary champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Fans that aren’t in attendance in Columbus can watch the event for free on Paul’s YouTube channel, his Facebook page, and on Fanmio.com .
