2024 Toronto Pro SuperShow Wellness Predictions

As we come off an exciting Miami Pro Wellness event, the 2024 Toronto Pro Supershow is expected to bring that Florida heat to its Wellness division. In order to really dial in the predictions for these Wellness ladies, we defer to our own in-house expert, Johnny Styles “The Godfather of Wellness.”
This year’s Toronto Pro Show plays host to 14 amazing Wellness athletes, taking to the stage on Sunday, June 9th. Which one of these ladies will walk away with the Championship Wellness Title, along with their ticket to the 60th Anniversary of The Olympia in Las Vegas, October 10th and 11th.
Alexis Nicole
Somebody coming in hot straight from Florida, Alexis will be in Toronto. Alexis placed 2nd last week and has just the right amount of time to fix some issues to her already great physique and presentation. For more details, you can see our interview with Alexis right after stepping off stage in Miami.
Esmeralda Ochoa Diaz
Esmeralda is a rookie who hasn’t even traveled outside Mexico to compete. She chose the 2024 Toronto Pro Supershow as her pro debut, so we are excited to see what she will bring to this IFBB Pro stage. I consider her an absolute dark horse in this main lineup, so keep your eyes on her.
Minju Yoon
We saw Yoon put on a fantastic showing at the New York Pro a little over three weeks ago! She is one to watch and can snag a win if the stars align.
Victoria Puentes
Victoria is another lady that we’ll be keeping our eyes on at this show. While she has gained mass to stand with the best, it seems that she can’t nail conditioning as much on the day of the show. She can be extremely dangerous if... and that is a big IF she makes it on stage fully conditioned.
Celeste Chandler
Last but not least, I was super impressed by Canada's own Celeste Chandler, who in a certain lineup can snag a 1st call out. It seems like Coach Chris Gurunlian of Team Ludacris knows what it takes to bring these Wellness women to stage ready to impress the judges.

One week post Miami Pro Show, it seems to me that we could see a battle between Alexis, Esmeralda, Minju, and Canada's own Celeste Chandler.
