2023 Mr. Big Evolution Pro Results
Over 100 IFBB Pros competed in Portugal on July 9 as part of the 2023 Mr. Big Evolution Pro show. This is one of the bigger contests on the European circuit with nine divisions hosting contests. There was a lot of social media buzz about this contest, so let’s take a look back and what happened in Estoril.
Men’s Open
Andrea Presti went into this show as the two-time defending champion, and he is now a three-time champion. Presti won his third career show at this event, and he will now return to the Mr. Olympia in Orlando, FL this November. What caught many fans off guard was the impressive performance of Roman Fritz, who placed second. Emir Omeragic, Krystian Wolski, and Peter Klancir rounded out the top five. Lionel Beyeke made his first show appearance of the season, and he finished in last place.

212
We thought Lucas Coelho would take the win in the 212 division, but he would take fourth place at the end of the day. Roman Iushchenko was on no one’s radar, yet he emerged victorious. This is the Ukrainian’s first win and Olympia qualification. Marco Sarcone gave him a run for his money, but he would finish in second.

Classic Physique
Antoine Loth of Spain is your Classic Physique champion, and he is not set to compete in Orlando with defending champion Chris Bumstead as well as the rest of the best in the world at the Olympia. Stephane Matala took second, and third place went to Miguel Malimo. You can see the top five below.

Men’s Physique
Sidy Pouye was already qualified for the Olympia, but he opted to compete here anyway, and he has his second pro win of the season. Thus, no one from Men’s Physique qualified for the Olympia here. France took both second and third thanks to Philippe Degila and Lenny Massouf.

Women’s Bodybuilding
Only two women competed in the bodybuilding portion of the show. Alcione Barreto defeated Anatasia Leonova.

Women’s Physique
The Women’s Physique division turned out to be very competitive, with the champion being Carolina Alves Dos Santos of Brazil, giving us our second accurate prediction of the show. Dos Santos edged out Birgit Andersch for the win, with Uta Kohler-Sptizbart settling for third. The rest of the top five is as follows.

Figure
Jamaica’s Kristen McGregor has her first pro win thanks to taking the FIgure title. She was dominant in both rounds of competition and can make the top 15 at the Olympia if she can build on this performance. Rejoice Godwin was our pick to win, but she took silver at this event.

Bikini
Tatiana Lanovenko is the first Russian to qualify for the 2023 Bikini Olympia thanks to placing first in Portugal. She left no doubt who the winner would be in either round of judging. Chantal Hill, Kristina Brunauer, Priscilla Leimbacher, and Anna Setlak complete the top five for Bikini.

Wellness
Finally, is the Wellness division. Lisa Meiswinkel is another first-time winner out of this show, and she will now be eligible to compete in the Wellness Olympia against defending champion Francielle Mattos. Catia Moreira made this an interesting contest, but she settled for second. The top five can be seen below.
