The Lone Star State got to see some great bodybuilding action on Saturday, September 24th. The San Antonio Pro has wrapped up, and four champions were crowned in Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, Figure, and Bikini. As a result, those four champions are also now qualified for the 2022 Olympia. Let’s find out who those champions are.

Classic Physique

Winner - Christopher Hunte

Christopher Hunte took the Classic Physique victory in dominating fashion at this contest. The fourth-year pro snags his first victory of the season and second of his career. He looked great in his appearance at the Lenda Murray Savannah Pro, where he placed second, but his conditioning was even better here.

2nd - Eric Wildberger

Coming in second was Eric Wildberger of Brazil, which came as a shock to many, but not to him. He displayed confidence and was solidly in second place according to the judges.

3rd - Zanyar Ghaderpour

Rounding out the top three was Zayner Ghaderpour of California.

Men’s Physique

Winner - Chevy Phillips

The show may have been in Texas, but Canada was represented very well thanks to Chevy Phillips, who came in his absolute best shape ever to secure the win and Olympia qualification. This is his first pro win, and his fans in Canada and abroad couldn’t be happier.

2nd - Khali Quartey

Taking the silver spot was Khali Quartey, who resides in Houston. This was another pleasant surprise, but he won’t sneak up on the competition anymore after this performance.

3rd - Joaquim Camps Angel

Spain’s Joaquim Camps Angel would finish in third place, and it is the first time he placed top three in a pro show.

Winner - Rhea Gayle

Rhea Gayle and Autumn Cleveland were locked into a battle for the win at this show. Cleveland had been knocking on the door for first place multiple times this year, but hadn’t been able to walk through. Gayle was a late entry into this contest, but it turned out to be a good move because she took the victory.

2nd - Autumn Cleveland

Cleveland finished in second place, but she is in the points lead for non-winners, which may secure her an Olympia qualification as well.

3rd - Georgina Lona

Third place went to Mexico’s Georgina Lona.

Bikini

Last but not least was the Bikini division, which had 19 incredible athletes taking the stage. In what may be an upset, Brittany Hamilton pulled off the win, pushing Alessia Facchin over to second place. Hamilton is in her third year as a pro, and this is her first pro win and first Olympia qualification. Facchin accepted second place, and the number three position went to Japan’s own Elizaveta Shmukler.
