Q. How long does a typical workout last at Westside?
A. The goal is to be in and out in under an hour, so we push the pace pretty fast. Visitors are always amazed that we’ll do 6 or 7 warm-up sets followed by 10 sets of 2 reps for dynamic squats and be done in less than 10 minutes. Most people are just lazy when it comes to training. They would rather sit around and BS about the latest episode of Jersey Shore than smash weights. Save that shit for after you’re done.
