Ontario Bodybuilder Competes In Tae Kwon Do At The Arnold Classic

Making the transition from fighter to bodybuilder and back to fighter was a long road. From changing the diet and training, to seeking help from different types of trainers and coaches, Ontario's Gary Aguto is back to Olympic Tae Kwon Do to see how far this journey can go. This years Arnold Sports Festival will not only put fitness and fighting under the same roof but will be a platform form for a Canadian team looking to produce Olympic hopefuls. Master Gary Aguto and a team from Elite Fighting Academy/Extreme Martial Arts will be competing for gold on Saturday March 3rd at the Columbus Convention Centre. The Arnold Sports Festival brings teams from all over the world to compete with the best in each of their sports. Good luck to Canada's Olympic Tae Kwon Do team.
