If you're in the London Ontario area, then you've gotta check out the OPA's last show this contest season! It's the London Championships and it's an OPA sanctioned regional qualifier for the Ontario championships and is open to all amateur competitors from Ontario. OPA is the only tier system in Ontario that leads to IFBB Pro status.
