Let's talk shoulder training!

Hi muscle freaks. It's that time again. Let's talk shoulder training. Shoulders are a body part that command attention. When I think shoulders I think Dexter, Markus and the king of kings of shoulders Kevin Levrone.

My shoulders used to be very weak but with determination and heart, they got better and better. Here's my recipe...

I always start with a pressing movement. I really love db presses but as you get into heavier weights a good training partner becomes handy to be secure. I do 4 sets between 6 and 8 reps., and then it's lateral time! I love db side laterals in a descending sets fashion (3 or 4 drops) 3 or 4 sets and I’m fried!!! I do 3 sets of front raises between 8-10 reps and finish off with a rear delt exercise like db bent over laterals 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps.

As you can see pretty basic but effective...Simplicity is the key to big results!

See you next time and holla back at questions@muscle-insider.com.
