IFBB Pro Carla Temple Is Back

IFBB Pro Carla Temple captured the hearts of fitness enthusiasts in 1982 when she competed after just 10 weeks of training and won her first bodybuilding competition! She went on to win the BC provincial championship and the Western Canadians concurrently. She then won the Western Canadians in 1983 and the Canada's a few months later. In 1984 she competed in the Worlds Pro Invitational, placed 5th and then was invited to the coveted Ms. Olympia where she again placed 5th and still holds the title as the highest ranking Canadian female bodybuilder in Olympia history! After years of seminar tours, public appearances, TV shows, movies and print advertising, she went on to become a personal trainer and shared her secrets with many clients.
