The Hardgainers Guide To Size
QUESTION: Hi I am trying to find out who wrote the column called "THE HARDGAINERS GUIDE TO SIZE" it was in the 2010 spring edition of your magazine. I found your magazine by chance when I was having pysiotherapy. The cover of this edition had the picture of Arnold posing during one of his competitions in the 70's. I have been unable to locate the column on your website. I have contacted many places in my city ( I live in winnipeg) and no one appears to carry your magazine here. The people at the place where I took the physiotherapy were uncertain where they aquired the magazine. I was wanting to know when this individual continued the rest of the column that appeared in the spring 2010 edition. I would then know what changes I was to make after the initial training program featured in spring edition of muscle insider. The column was to be continued in a up coming edition but I don't know which that was and I have no way to find your magazine in winnipeg. Can you please help me out if you can! It would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.

ANSWER: Thanks for writing in Nick. Did you know that MUSCLE INSIDER is actually printed right in Winnipeg!? Yes, we're an all Canadian bodybuilding magazine and we print 20,000 copies every 3 months at Transcontinental. They are the largest printer in Canada and they have a plant right in your home town! But back to your question. The writer that wrote the article is Stuart McRobert (his name is on the lead spread at the beginning of the piece). Stuart is one of the top experts in the area of natural bodybuilding and making gains with average or below average genetics. His website HardGainer.com is worth checking out if you love his work like we do. Stuart lives way out in Cyprus but he's been in the iron game for decades. He's not a regular columnist for us but we do plan on including more of his work in future issues. As for getting copies of Muscle Inside in Winnipeg, see muscle-insider.com/buy to find copies of our newest issue (the one Jay Cutler on the cover) in an area near you or a website you can purchase them through. Thanks for writing in to us and thanks for supporting MUSCLE INSIDER. Our next issue will be printing in less than 20 days!
