We've just received news that's going to upset many supplement companies, online supplement retailers, distributors and the supplement industry as a whole. Google has now officially banned "Glutamine" "CellMass" "Nitrix" and other "Muscle Enhancing" products classifying them as Steroids! I know this is crazy, unfair to these companies but it's happening which is nuts. Our news tip states that Google has banned these words from being advertised on Google Adwords. Below is the link directly from Google’s website.

Supposedly Google does not want to restrict freedom of speech rights so they are still allowing it on their regular search, and shopping results - for now!

What's Next?

According to one source, their second step could be banning any advertiser who has glutamine or these marked products on their website. This should be extremely concerning to any company involved in the sale of amino acids or other sports supplements but especially concerning to online retailers that buy google ad words on these items.

The ban is not limited to glutamine but can include any product that would be a muscle enhancing stack. Prohibited items include, but aren't limited to:

  • Anabol
  • CellMass
  • Clenbuterol
  • Dianabol
  • Extreme Mass 3.5lbs by SciFit
  • Finakits
  • H-T Dianabol
  • L-Glutamine
  • Mesterolone
  • Nitrix
  • Novedex XT
  • Scott Welch (bad joke)
  • TZ 3 Stack by SciFit
  • Vasospan
  • hCG promoted in conjunction with anabolic steroids
